Welcome to ALMA.

 

ALMA is a support group for widows and their children, founded by three young widows, created from lived experience, grief, resilience and the deep need for community. We understand the unique challenges that these surviving spouses and children face, navigating life after loss, as we walk that journey ourselves.

Our website provides a safe, compassionate space for widows, of all ages, to find information, resources, emotional support, practical guidance and hope, through care, community and connection, rooted in faith.

ALMA is a platform designed to make women feel supported and understood in their grief. Together we share strength, encourage healing, and help one another to navigate through this journey.
